Are you switching from Windows to Mac or are you upgrading from MacOS 9? If you are upgrading from MacOS 9, then importing Outlook Express mailboxes is a built-in function of Mail. Select File/Import Mailboxes.... If you are switching from Windows to the Mac, then make sure that both of your computers are connected to your LAN. Use Migration Assistant.
