Palm Desktop Address and Calendar

99% of the time I prefer Address Book and iCal. But it appears as if the address book in the palm desktop could print out envelopes. So, I went there and discovered that none of my addresses are in the Palm desktop.

Is there a simple way to get the Address book entries dumped into the Palm Desktop?
