Palm won't hotsync!

I have a palm m100 and I'm trying to sync it with PalmDesktop through a Keyspan USB palm connector (USB). I've setup everything like it should be set, but when I try to hotsync NOTHING happens! I've synced my palm plenty of times with this connector before on OS 9. But now nothing happens.

I'm running mac os 10.2.8 and PalmDesktop 4.1.
 
*Just installed some Keyspan drivers for OS X. They're pretty old but I'll see if that helped.

Can anybody help?
 
Ok I fixed it.
Turns out my Palm's Hotsync was set to transfer from the palm to USB directly, I changed it to go from the palm to a serial adapter to USB. Easy as that. :D
