PAR files on Panther

I recently upgraded my 10.2.8 Quicksilver 867 to Panther. The problem is that PAR files are associated with DVD Studio Pro since I installed the new version instead of using MacParDeluxe. I have tried to Ctrl-Click and choose Open with, browse to MacParDeluxe and select always open with and then the icon changes from DVDSP to MacparDeluxe, but the next time I get a par file, it is associated with DVDSP.
Does anyone know how I can permanently change the par file association?

There's an option to change ALL. Highlight one of the files, right click, control click, or go to the File Menu to Get Info. Open With - select the program, than under that, Change All
