Password for waking up?

Has anyone got any ideas how I might password protect my iBook so that it requires me to enter my password after coming out of sleep mode? Logging out and back in would take too long. I just want it to ask for my password before letting work commence. This will help certain folks keep their mitts off of my computer.

I have my Desktop Mac doing this very thing...

Simply set your screen saver to activate either at the same time or before going to sleep, and set your screen saver to requier password under Activation.

Cool. I went with a variation on this setup. I don't have the screensaver time activated, but rather I set the lower left corner of the screen as the activation corner. That way, I just drag the mouse to the corner, and close the lid. Apple should add an option to activate the screensaver just before the computer goes into sleep mode. That would be pretty handy.
