Pc drive on a Mac(external)

Is there software that will allow a OS X system to see a PC formatted external drive with mp3's on it?

If the drive is formatted Fat32, it will the Mac will read/write to it.

i dont know...what if it is NTSF

It will read NTSF, but won't write to it.

i have tried it and it wants to reformat it?
