Personal Web Sharing Osx 10.3.9

Some external IT staff attempted to install PHP on my Mac to enable internal access to a Firewire drive on my machine to a group of other users. The installation failed (Entropy PHP Ver 4.) and ever since, my Personal Web Sharing will not start.

Reinstall Apache Server for Mac.

He probably damaged the Apache config file trying to install PHP. Apple cleverly disguises Apache Server as Personal Web Sharing.
