PhotoBooth no longer displays/saves pics

I have a MacBook with a built in camera. PhotoBooth had been working fine for years until just the other day. There are about 385 pics saved in it. I'm not sure if that's the problem. Now it will take a pic and I can see it on the little "reel" type thing along the bottom, but if I go to upload the pic anywhere, such as to a site or an email, it shows up in the list of pics as an icon that looks like a blank sheet of paper and no photo is attached to it.

I hope that made sense. I'll try to clarify if it didn't.

The photo booth pics are stored in your pictures/photo booth folder under your user. Go into finder and browse the contents of that folder.

I am in the PhotoBooth folder and any new pictures do not show up in the folder. Any idea what could be wrong?

Try moving a good portion of the photos to a dummy folder and clear some space in the photobooth folder and then see if it saves new pics.
