photoshop save for web is slow on mac???

i'm working with a friend... we both have photoshop.

I got a PowerBook G4 400 mhz with 1 GB of RAM

he has some old ass PC.. probably a Pentium II or maybe a III... but i doubt it...

When I do save for web... it takes like 5 - 10 seconds to open the window.

When he does it ... it comes up INSTANTLY!!!

Why is this??

I hope Jaguar fixes some of this kinda stuff
