We have two MACS. Both run Mail. Both are running Tiger. We can both receive an email with embedded images. My older QS2002 will sometimes show the embedded images, sometimes not. Most of the time, yes. Most often, the embedded image problem comes from two specific email senders. However, the same email sent to the 2007MACBOOK - no problem. Shows images. Both computers have "display embedded html images" chosen. Any idea on what I could do to change the settings, etc. on the QS2002 so the images always show up? Any ideas as to why this would happen?
BTW, on a different - but perhaps related - subject, I had to finally remove IE5.0 ( I used to check it with websites etc) because it stopped working entirely on my computer; and I've had to remove iPHOTO as it also crashes upon launch). THere is plenty of free disk space on the 80gb hard drive where these programs reside (about 40g) just in case that was going to be a question.
