Please give me 10.1.2

can someone please tell me where i can get 10.1.2 without using the "software Update". i have tried to download it 6 times, each time the download failed before it was complete.
i am using a modem so 30 mb is a big deal for me. PLUS because i live in Ireland , i must pay to get online & pay the phone charges for being online....it is costing me money..
please help before i tear all my hair out.
