Please, please, please help!!

Greetings...

I am using WiFi for my Internet connection.

However, I would like to keep my Time Capsule connected permanently via Ethernet. Songs have a tendency to skip when run over WiFi.

However, Apple is making this infinitely difficult. I have pressed the reset button on the Time Capsule umpteen billion times. I have gone through the setup on the airport utility umpteen billion and one times. What...praytell...am I doing wrong? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

PS: I have the Ethernet cable plugged into the port on the TC with the little ring of dots, NOT the double-headed arrow.

That's for connecting the ADSL or cable modem to the TC. For connecting your computer to the TC, use a different ethernet plug.
