Potential bug with finder and syncing

I noticed this when syncing my .mac account. I have been able to recreate it.

If you look at the bottom of the attached screenshot something is not quite right.

Can anyone else with a .mac account confirm this ?

The DS_Store? Don't worry for that.

I was more concerned with the "item 2 of 1".

Took me a minute to figure out what you where refering to.
Mine looks ok and properly reports # item of #.
Not sure what to try for this problem.
You try fixing permissions and disk repair yet?

I have. About four times since installing. Once for each application ive had a chance to installed so far.
