It happenned on a Friday and I couldn't wait. Apple store in SF isn't open until 2004. It was a hard to get to Emeryville. I know because it wouldn't charge. I went to Macadam and used one of theirs and it did.How did you know it died? And if this was a relatively new purchase, you should have called Apple.
It was the original. I bought the laptop off a friend so I don't know how the whole warranty thing works. It was a weekend too, I could wait for shipping. (all my pc's are in storage.)Was it a new adapter that died, or your original? If it was new, then you should exchange it for a nondefective product, and if it was the original get a new one with your warranty.
