Powerbook Battery Empty warning

When i first got my powerbook it gave a warning that i only have 5 mins of battery life remaining.
I think i only saw this warning once.

I have never get this warning message any more. I think it 'beeps' but there is no dialog. Anyone know how to get this warning back?

Also happened to me after the 10.2.4 incremental update. Check if you suffer the same problem as described above. If yes, try to get a replacement battery (I got one on warranty from AppleCare).

no no no...

i get about 3.5 to 4 hours off my battery. But it used to say the battery was getting low. It dosent give this warning anymore.
I left it on battery the other day playing itunes through my sterio and it lasted 6 and a half hours.

So, profx, you're saying that your battery never runs out, and you want to fix that problem?

Just kidding. I know what you're talking about. You are supposed to get a small window that pops up letting you know that your battery charge is about to run out, right? But you don't get the little window anymore. Your 'book just goes to sleep when the charge is almost gone.

Has anyone else had this problem?

i think i am only just going to make this post - the battery says its on 0% eek!!
