I was trying to help someone over the phone with a networking problem on their Powerbook. This was over the phone, so I don't have definitive details, but I think their powerbook is 600 mhz, and I know it runs OS 10.2 or 10.1. So, they had their powerbook going through the internet via airport for a few months now (I set it up in the first place..), but suddenly, it will not connect to the internet anymore. The PC that is wired to the airport still has internet, and they say that the powerbook has an airport signal, but the internet will not work. I don't have a lot of experience with 10.1 and 10.2, so I was unable to solve this problem, the menus and things in 10.4 and 10.3 were a lot different, and any suggestions that I had (like making sure that airport was selected as means of internet connection) were hard to tell them how to do, without experience with those operating systems. Does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, solutions to this problem? Thanks in advance..
