powerbook G4: fan runs at max speed from startup

As stated on subject, the fan in my PBG4 runs at max speed from the laptop starts. I have tried to reset NVRAM, PRAM, PMU, but no luck. The laptop is not hot at all.

Is there any idea about this case?

go into activity monitor and check to see if you have any processes that are taking alot of procesing power.
 
or take out the keyboard, get a vacuum-cleaner and a can of pressured-air and clean out all the miso-soup of the past years..
