PowerPC iMac G5 Freezes Up Randomly

Starting yesterday, my iMac G5 has started randomly freezing up on me. This happens even if I am editing a text file or doing anything, on the internet or not. The computer will lock up for about 2 minutes and then unlock and be fine like if nothing had happened. I have ran every possible program, diagnostics and much more and everything turns out fine. I have zapped my RAM and exchanged my RAM and nothing. If you need any more information please let me know, I run a podcast and can't record it because it just freezes.

Let me know please!

Jose... your problem can be one of many. Give us a brief description of your system and OS and it should narrow it down to a few. Since its repeatedly happening it could be hardware. If you have an older system it could be hardware or even software problems that need updating. What you can try... but I know it won't help.... is unmount and unplug all of your peripherals before doing the checks and zappage. It helped me once with OS9 years ago. Repost your Macs vital stats and we'll get back to you... Cheers!
