My dialup connection keeps connecting if I enable "connect automatically", but the question is, to what is it trying to connect. I've turned off auto-network time updating, so how can I find out what it is that's trying to connect, I'm a little concerned that I've picked up a trojan somewhere.

Any help appreciated as I would dearly like to re-enable "connect automatically".
 
there are solutions. do a site search for this topic. there have been so many threads with so many potential answers that it gets tiring repeating them for every newb that comes along with it.

sorry, you should always check the existing database before asking this kind of stuff.
