Printer access

First off I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum.
Now on to my question:

I have a simple LAN set up in my home, with our printer running of my G4. The various people who use my network are not the most patient bunch, nor do they know how to use a printer.

Long story short they end up sending multiple copies of the same document to the printer. The only way to stop 15 copies of a huge scrolling site from being printed is for me to come down, log in as administrator, and delete them one by one.

Is there any way to enable administrative access to the just the printer?

Thanks in advance!

Nope... the only way is if you had a print server - one of those hardware based printer spoolers. Since you are using the G4 as a the spooler (the holding container for the print jobs) you must do the work on the G4. However, you could use OSXVNC server and Chicken of the VNC (client) to remotely administer the server from your desktop/or any desktop.
