The printer is located in my "Printer List"
But if I attempted to print in word or excel, my print options does not include the printer I want to print to. I double checked with other MAC users in the officer tho confirm that they are able to print from word/excel and they are able to.
In the Printer List, I checked the arrow to ensure that the printer would be seen in the menus of each application. I even made it a default but nothing.
Please help!
