Hi Folks,
I have a couple CUPS/printer related questions that I am hoping that somebody might be able to help with.
The first combination is MacOS X 10.3 with an Epson Stylus Color 670 connected via CUPS. This combination works okay but I am finding that the calibration is way off, is there any way to calibrate the printer output to more closely match the monitor?
The second combination is MacOS X 10.3 with a GCC Technologies BLP IIS (Postscript Level 1, LaserWriter compatible) connected via SMS Barricade router print server. My Mac is able to send data to the printer and the printer changes status to indicate that it is processing the data received but then switches to waiting mode and never finishes/prints the job. I have been unable to locate a GCC BLP IIS or original LaserWriter CUPS driver. I have tried a couple newer GCC (Elite, etc.) and Newer LaserWriter (IIf etc.) CUPS drivers with the same results. Does anybody know where I might find either a GCC BLP IIS CUPS driver, an older LaserWriter CUPS driver, or something else that might be compatible?
Thanks in advance.
Glen
