Printing in Safari?

I have always noticed that printing from Safari does some strange things. For one, every Aqua control gets screwed up graphically, even some background images look like they print upside down sometimes (like on the Apple Netscape home page). The latest thing I noticed was when I was printing out some pages yesterday, the pages were aligned skinny.... I thought it was just the way the page was layed out, but when I print from Firebird, it looks normal with standard margins. I've attached two image files of what I'm talking about.


Does anyone else have problems when printing from Safari? Word seems fine, Mail prints text big, but otherwise looks lined up fine.

There are times when Safari does prints strangely for me, too. Like the color banner at the top of a page gets printed half way down. And any web page in PDF needs to be downloaded to my hard drive in order for it to print. Otherwise, I get a blank page.

I think it is time for an update. They should have enough bug reports to release something.
