Printing problem

I have a very strange printing problem. My printer is an HP 2510 Photosmart connected to my LAN. I can print from any computer connected to the network (two iBooks and one PC) but I can't do it from my iMac (it did when I bought it three weeks ago, and then stopped).
I installed, de installed and re installed the printer many times. I can even run tests and diagnostics from the HP software but I can't print from any application .
Can you help me?

yes. I can print a diagnostic and test page from the Hp software but I can't print from any aplication.
I installed and re installed the printer many times, I checked permissions. everything is OK.
 
As I mentioned in another thread, run Printer Setup Utility (in /Applications/Utilities), click the application menu (the "Printer Setup Utility" menu), and click Reset Print System from that menu.

Try that.

Hi!. Yes I did that to no avail. To make things more strange I have installed Parallels and running XP on my Intel iMac. I can print from the "PC" but can't from the Mac!!.
 
I ran a hardware test. this is what I got

I do not know if it is related to the printing problem....
