Hi, Charles here, I have the following problem. We have a Ricoh AP3800c printer and printing is extremely slow on 2 macs and as it should be on the third. I have tried re-installing the PPD, binning the excisting PPD files from the library from the user folder and nothing works. Is there a other location where I need to look for a clean installation?
