Problem viewing Flickr account with Safari

I have a web site, bweasel.com, and when I view my web site and clcik on a link to photos I have posted on my Flickr account, I see the photos, but all Flickr text is in some foreign language. I have the same problem when I log directly on to my Flickr account with Safari. Example Flickr test: "Kho ảnh của Bweasel".

I do not have this problem using other browsers. Any ideas to correct this problem will be quite helpful.
 
Scroll to the bottom of a page on flickr.com - there are selections for picking your language like

Deutsch English Español Français Italiano Português Tiếng Việt Bahasa Indonesia
Terms of Service | Your privacy | Yahoo! Safely | Copyright/IP Policy

Click on English.

For some reason flickr in Safari has thought you'd want to use it in Vietnamese. I've seen the same problem with other browsers too.

This has been driving me NUTZ! All I had to do was read the fine print.
