problem with game cds ejecting

I've had problems with my games and all other cds ejecting shortly after I put them in my macbook pro. The thing about it is that I have already installed them and they aren't damaged at all, so I can't play them now. Just wondering if there is anything that I can do or do I have to take it in for help.
 
Do the games require the cd to be in the computer during gameplay? If so, are they games running?

or is the cd being used in anyway?
