I'm working on a computer used by high school freshmen. There are three logins. They are NYCDOE, Teacher, Student. When you log into the student account and open up a new blank document for word, a previously worked on document comes up as if it has been saved as the new "template" for blank documents. This is not the case under the NYCDOE account and I'm not sure about the teacher account. How can we fix it to go back to a regular blank document???
