Problems since Airport upgrade

I installed Apple's latest Airport upgrade (I don't have an Airport base station by the way) and since then, it takes longer to recognize my wireless network. It also doesn't register any bars in the signal strength meter unless I'm right next to the router. And on top of this, when the computer has been asleep overnight and I wake it up, it won't find the network and will ask for my WEP password when I try to connect. It only does this once in a while and it's very frustrating. It seems Apple's latest "updates" are getting as unreliable as Windows updates.

Anyone else having problems?

A lot of people are having problems as well, my signal strength went way down after the update and I dropped off the network about 15 times a day when I was within 20 feet of the wireless router. The solution is to roll back to the previous version of the Airport drivers, 3.3.1.
