Problems with OS X Mail

I have a problem when I try to open Mail; I receive the following crashreport:

Have you recently set up a new mailbox or tried to do some customising within Mail? Is this Mail.app that comes with Leopard?

I'm using Tiger but I seem to recall something about ToDos being a Leopard Mail feature?
