Program to check for all software updates?

I, like many, have probably 100+ random programs from Photoshop down to Colloquy and it can be a pain to check for software updates for those especially if they don't have a feature to automatically check for updates. So, is there a program out there that can scan your computer for the programs you have and then check for updates for those programs?

I realize this request could be a bit large but it'd be fantastic if there was something similar to this.

I can't say personally; I haven't tried it. I've heard good things about it, though.

MacUpdate offers something similar, but I cannot vouch for its accuracy.

MUMenu is their free menu extra.
