anyone thinking of buying a product, like a cdrw, from QPS... beware...
I was warned they would NOT honor the $30 rebate... so far, they have NOT!
I bought this cdrw drive, which is great, back in december, 2001!
No rebate yet...
ive emailed and called the company.. very hard to get in touch with. If ya need tech support from them, forget it.
its a great drive, but... the "after the sale" support sucks.
and, the rebate offer is a gimmick apparently.
im gonna try contacting them once more, but... im getting fed up
