can someone help me out here - this little utility was working perfectly until yesterday. i ran the MBP off the battery until it went into 'standby' mode (i guess) and then when i rebooted with power - and ever since - if i have QLAD Power Mgr enabled my screen turns off immediately upon its loading! no amount of fiddling with the settings is helping resolve this. i currently have 'turn screen off' turned to 'never' in the settings panel for when there is a power adapter. same with 'standby'.
the screen is visible in bright light as is the cursor so i know i'm up and running just without screen power... the screen IS powered up during the startup process but immediately goes dim as soon as QLAD loads. i have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling with no luck... what gives?
any help would be appreciated,
