Quark 6.5 & Lacie Monitor

We have a new Lacie 120 LCD 20" and all the software and desktop all look good. However, when we use Quark 6.5, everything looks fuzzy. The type, the photos and yes, even the tool the palette... None of the other programs do this. It's not jagged fonts, it fuzziness! Help!?!
 
Experiment with the font smoothing options in the Appearance Preference Pane. I can't remember which app it was, maybe Photoshop, which insisted on a Font Smoothing other than what I was first using.

Quark may have its own preference setting for this somewhere.
