Quark linked test cells

I created a grid with linked text cells (3 columns, 21 rows). They tab/link order is left to right, top to bottom. When i apply my character style to the text within the cells, all cells react properly EXCEPT the very last cell (bottom right corner). When I decrease the font size from 12pt to 10pt, it moves the text into the previous cell directly underneath the content in that cell. I've tried everything. All you Quark wizards--HELP!! Thanks.
