Quartz Extreme and Sleeping troubles.

iMovie Professional
SOLVED! The new firewire PCI card I had installed was the problem.. it's too bad, I liked that card..

First off, I have a Powermac G4 (agp), originally 450 MHz, but now upgraded 1 GHz. It's hooked up to a matching CRT Apple Studio Display.
Recently, I tried to install some software, but it informed me that it could not install, because my system was not quartz extreme compatible. Now, if I upgrade my graphics card, will my system be quartz extreme compatible? Right now, I have only 16mb of vram. I had assumed that this would fix it, but the system profiler has quartz extreme listed under monitor, so that was a bit confusing. Here's what the system profiler says:

ATY,Rage128Pro:

Chipset Model: ATY,Rage128Pro
Type: Display
Bus: AGP
Slot: SLOT-A
VRAM (Total): 16 MB
Vendor: ATI (0x1002)
Device ID: 0x5046
Revision ID: 0x0000
ROM Revision: 113-63001-108
Displays:
Apple Studio Display:
Display Type: CRT
Resolution: 1600 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
Depth: 32-bit Color
Core Image: Not Supported
Main Display: Yes
Mirror: Off
Online: Yes
Quartz Extreme: Not Supported

Oh, and would the Core Image function be the same case as quartz extreme?

Also, recently my mac has had trouble waking up. It goes to sleep fine, but sometimes when I wake it up, only the computer wakes, and the monitor and keyboard do not. Could this be a graphics card problem too? I unhooked the fan on the graphics card, because it was malfunctioning, and sounded like a chain-saw. Could something burn out on the graphics card that prohibits my mac from waking up, but still allows for normal operation otherwise? I'll try putting the mac to sleep with no periphials as soon as I get the chance.

(sorry for any spelling errors)

I tried sleep on a different account, still bad.

Heres the crash log:
