Question about replacing hard drive in mac mini

Hello,

I ordered a mac mini a few weeks ago and expect it to be delivered within 2 weeks. I would like to install a new, faster hard drive as soon as I get it. Does anyone have experience with the Hitachi 60GB 7200RPM? I am concerned about the amount of heat generated and whether or not the mini's cooling system can handle it.

Also, what is the best way to swap the drives? Should I look into getting some software and an external enclosure and cloning it? Or should I just pop in the new hard drive and reinstall? This is my first mac, and I will be giving away my current pc to my sister, so I want to go about this the right way.

The link to the hard drive is:

According to this site, there will be no noticeable increases in noise or heat. So everything should be fine.

I'd suggest to clone the original disk onto the new one.
