QuickBooks Pro or FileMaker Pro

I am a marketing consultant and I bill by the hour. Currently, I am tracking my hours in iCal and then copying them into an Excel based Invoice. I then email the Excel Invoice [as a PDF] to my clients and a copy to my bookkeeper.

I want to streamline this process and I am wondering if I should purchase QuickBooks Pro or FileMaker Pro to do so. [I have Quick Books but it isn't able to track my hours... I don't believe.] I like the idea of FileMaker Pro' customization and CRM possibilities. Can I export from FileMaker Pro to Quick Books? OR, should I buy Quick Books Pro?

What would you recommend?

Do you have a need for a DBase application, other than time tracking? If not, then QuickBooks Pro might be the better choice for you.
