Quicktime streaming server & iSight?

I want to stream the video from my iSight... can this be done with quicktime streaming server? Is there some other easier way to do it?

I want to be able to check in my house while I'm at work.

It looks like it can be done, but I haven't found anything on how it was done.

Also looks like a few have done it with Darwin Streaming Server, and Quicktime Broadcaster.
