Quieting a Quicksilver

Has anyone contemplated fitting after market quiet power supplies or fans with fluid bearings in their macs?

I have a Quicksilver 733, and while I love my tower, it's rather noisy to have in my bedroom. Hard to sleep if I want to leave it doing something during the night.

The PC geeks get their liquid coolers, monster latent heat sinks etc. What are our options? and are there ANY options that don't void our warranties?

I haven't liquid cooled my PC, so I'm very happy the Mac is silent while at sleep. The PC makes 3 times as much noise and doesn't know the meaning of 'sleep', I have to turn it off.

I have about 9 pcs in my room, 3 of them running at all times and well...the server alone has so many fans in it that i can't tell whether my a/c is on or the computer is running =x I've gotten used to it though :p You may want to find some sound dampening material and line the case with it...or possible get some speed adjustable case fans :)
