Radio stream > mp3 format

Hey Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to convert a live radio stream from the internet to an mp3 file?

I guess iTune won't allow it but I'm sure that there must be a trick to do it. - I know a pc user who does it often.

If you search versiontracker.com you will find a program that does it. I can recall that I have seen a couple of programs there that does that exact job.
