RAM upgrade for Mac Mini

Crucial's RAM is alright, look through other posts and you'll see quite a few people who swear by it here. Personally, I think they're a bit over-priced most of the time. ($183.99 for 1GB)

OWC (Macsales.com) has 1GB chips for $159.00.

You'd be better off buying a 1GB stick...especially since you'd have to replace the 512MB chip if you ever wanted/needed to go higher as the Mini only has one slot. Might as well do it now and be set.

512MB is the absolute least I'd run in an OS X based machine, and that's only if it's for light use. 1GB+ would be preferred.
