Does anyone know how to convert an .rar file to mp3? Is this something that needs to be done in Windows? If so what do I use to decompress?

Stuffit Expander can decompress .rar files....sometimes the result is an mpc file which you then have to convert to an aiff file. I use a utlilty called mpc2aiff to convert the mpc file.
