Since I upgraded to Panther I have noticed an interesting problem. I use a program to set my TCP RCV window to 54020, and terminal confirms that is what the window is. But when I go to http://www.speedguide.net/analyzer it always says my window is 65535. I also get the same results off of the DSL Reports tweak tester.
I have tried several programs to change the window size and they all report the change has been made and checking in terminal confirms this, yet the window does not seem to really change.
Can someone else try this and see what they get.
