Real Player-SAFARI

Hi!
I have this problem:
Using safari or firefox is not possible to open video files with real player, only the player opens, but nothing else, no image and no sound. e.g. cnn or bbc

I tried to solve the problem and put the plugin into the internet plugins folder, but nothing happens.
I somebody could help me?

Are you possibly behind a firewall? Do you have the OS X firewall turned on?
