really annoying smart playlist bug still exists, even after update

Create a smart playlist that looks for all songs with no rating. Start playing one of the songs. Then rate it.
iTunes will just stop playing altogether. This is really annoying!

It should finish playing the song, THEN remove the song from the playlist and THEN go to the next song. (note, this is the behavior of the iPod)

I have a smart playlist called "Needs Rating" setup that has all of my songs that I've played more than twice but haven't rated. Obviously, because of this bug, I can't make good use of the playlist.

I've just discovered that if you clear the Live updating checkbox when you create or edit the smart playlist, then iTunes carries on playing the track after you've rated it.

When you've rated as many tracks as you want to at this time, simply select File -> Edit smart playlist and then just hit OK when the dialog appears - all the rated tracks disappear from the playlist.
