RealPlayer audio problems

i've tried everything to listen to these streams from the NYT. Followed the advice of both NYT support and checked realplayer forum.
pop ups is off/flash player is on/
on both safari 3.2, safari4beta and Firefox i get the same message:
"some needed components were missing (test,html)"

does anyone know what to do? heres the link, the audio files are down a little on the left side.

i forgot the site will ask you to sign in so i guess its asking alot if you're not a NYT reader
