RealTime Voice Chat?

I need a RealTime Voice-chatter for OS X. Preferrably compatible with Roger Wilco for Windows and Mac OS 9, but it has to have a Windows counter-part.
To sum it up, I wanna chat with Windows users and Mac users online. 1-on-1 is no good, I'm planning to squeeze at least 6 ppl in here.

Anybody got anything like this?
 
despite the teasing i took as a kid, my name is pronounced sprool, not squirrel.:D

besides you would never see me with military attire and big hunking weapons (though i might play someone like that in a computer game sometimes)

and last but not least, the squirrel in the picture does not have a ponytail like mine (see avator). you really should be more careful when attempting to id someone in a police lineup.:p

btw - how does netphone work? maybe we could even arrange to use it to talk to one another sometime. i would love to try something like that out but don't have anybody else to do it with.:(
 
Ed, have you installed NetPhone yourself yet? I'm willing to download it and give it a try this evening, once I get home from work.

yes Genghis, i do have it. and i have looked at the documentation a little bit. this is not simple point and click stuff. i only have one real problem though and that is being being behind a hardware firewall in my router. and since it is shared, there is no way to get ut from behind it untill pretty late my time. tomorrow i will have most of the day open to play. so yes, wouldlove to do this if we can get it together with times and all. :)
 
Ugh, I don't need it any more, there's a Roger Wilco beta flying around...even if some idiot made it for OS 9(why do people still make software for that OS? Don't they understand the future? $10 says OS 9 is what's keeping Aspyr from releasing RTCW)

Dl'd NetPhone last night. Looks pretty easy to use.
I'm on the East Coast myself, 3 hours ahead of you. I also will have more "play time" tomorrow (as long as my wife doesn't have a cyber-emergency, LOL).
 
cool, tomorrow would be great as my GF works during the day. why don't you email me - it's in my profile.

probably sometime between 11am and 3pm my time would work well.
 
just thought i would report that genghis and i got it working half decently. i think we can do better now that i have reread the manual after trying it how and seeing first hand how things work.

if anybody else would like to play around and see if we can get it working better and talk a bit, please email me (see my profile).

or if you want to try empower pro phone which is for mac only. but make that one fast cause i only have 10 days left of trial period:D
