This is a painfully irritating situation. I've been through the same with other software oem.
Contact the software editor and ask them to help.
If they don't. Then let them know that as a holder of a valid software license you are entitled to rights of use and their "security process" is dening you this right.
In some case I have had to stand my ground and defend these rights. When - and if you have to - you finally reach legal, the problem is often solved real quick.
