i have always used windows but had that many problems i now use a mac.whem i used windows i had an axternal harddrive the problem is there are files on it that i cannot delete,i got a router hacker when i had windows and before i knew he was there he had completly changed all the files and everything else and this is where these files are from.the same happened with my media box and i had to erase the whole disc and now i cannot format it on a mac,so i would like to know is there any software i could download to get rid of these files.thanking you for any help you may give me.
